Jeni J has brought her "flava" of Zumba to thousands and played a significant role in growing the Zumba Fitness program in Tampa, FL. With her extensive dance background and her own struggles with obesity after entering motherhood, Jeni J brings a unique personality, passion and energy to her classes. She was one of the first ZIN’s to leave the regular 9-5 job to pursue Zumba as a full-time career and instantly opened her own studio in 2007. She was also one of the first to implement many of the business tactics that many successful ZIN’s use today. Her expertise includes creative marketing, business planning, and financial management.

What is Zumba?
In addition to Basic Zumba, these specialties offer something for everyone.
Zumba Toning - A Latin inspired dance n' tone program that uses a combination of rhythms along with light weight toning sticks, especially made for Zumba, to provide a safe, effective, re-defining total body workout.
Zumba Gold - A lower impact Zumba class geared toward active older adults and the deconditioned exercizer.
Zumbatomic - Is a kid's Zumba program that incorporates music made especially for kids and fun moves to go along with it to keep them entertained.

ZUMBA combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries. It's based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO". ZUMBA is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind.
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
